Card Grade Questions
All of our cards can be seen as Near Mint/Mint unless stated otherwise. We use a standard grading system - and do have a chart that goes over our grading scale in detail. The grades for our cards are Mint, Near Mint, Light Play, Played, Heavily Played and Damaged. All of our products are the exact image of the card you will receive, and our grading chart can be located via the links at the bottom of our website.
Our orders will be ship with Canada Post. We will process your order as soon as possible, and you can expect it to be shipped out within 1 - 3 business days. If the order is small enough to fit into a letter mail, it ill not include tracking. The cost of shipping is based on your order, and will be given to you at the time of checkout. These orders can take up to 25 days to be delivered depending on the destination. Occasionally, orders will take longer than the expected date which can be caused shipping quantity delays and customs.
Refund/Cancelling your order
You certainly can return your order for refund satisfied or not. All order for refund must be returned in original condition for a refund and within 30 days of receiving your order. All items outside our return period are eligible for a store credit in the form of a gift card with returning the product. The original shipment will contain our return address, and we can also provide you with the return address if necessary through contact.
